Day 1 – Brazil / Milan
Meeting at Guarulhos Airport, in São Paulo, to begin this fantastic trip to Italy. Departure to Milan. Overnight and meals on board.
Day 2 – Milan
Arrival in Milan, immigration and customs procedures, and ‘Welcome to Italy’. Transfer to the hotel. Shortly after, departure for a city tour visiting the city’s tourist attractions: Piazza del Duomo, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, Vittorio Emanuele Avenue, full of famous stores, Via Montenapoleone, and Via della Spiga, among others. Rest of the day at leisure. Accommodation.
Day 3 – Milan / Genoa / Cinque Terre / Lucca
Breakfast. We depart for Genoa, where, accompanied by a local guide, we will take a panoramic tour of the city. After that, we will continue through the fantastic Cinque Terre region (train to Manarola included), a fascinating journey with incredible landscapes along the Tuscan coast. Arrival in Lucca. Accommodation.
Day 4 – Lucca / Pisa / Florence
Breakfast. Departure to visit Lucca, considered one of Tuscany’s jewels, which still keeps its walls intact. Then, we head to Pisa, stopping to visit the famous Leaning Tower. Afterward, we continue our journey to Florence.
Day 5 – Florence
Breakfast. Departure for a guided tour with a local guide to the city’s main attractions: the Cradle of the Renaissance, home to Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo, Giotto, Dante, and Machiavelli, among others. During the tour, we will have the opportunity to admire the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, the Baptistery with its famous Gates of Paradise, the Church of Santa Croce, Pantheon of the Greats of Italy, Piazza della Signoria, and the Ponte Vecchio. Rest of the afternoon free for personal activities. Accommodation in Florence.
Day 6 – Florence / San Gimignano / Siena / Rome
Breakfast. Departure to San Gimignano, a medieval town with towers surrounded by walls, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Afterward, continue to Siena, a city known for its medieval brick buildings, including the Torre del Mangia, a slender 14th-century tower. Arrival in Rome. Accommodation.
Day 7 – Rome
Breakfast. Full-day guided tour of Rome, including the Vatican Museum, Sistine Chapel, St. Peter’s Basilica, the Colosseum (entrance not included), and more. Free afternoon. Return to the hotel.
Day 8 – Rome
Breakfast. Papal Audience in the morning (subject to availability). Free day. Return to the hotel.
Day 9 – Rome / Naples
Breakfast. Departure to Naples for a panoramic tour, stopping at Piazza del Municipio, Castel Nuovo, Galleria Umberto I, and other sights. Arrival and accommodation.
Day 10 – Naples / Capri / Naples
Breakfast. Ferry to the small and glamorous island of Capri. Return to Naples in the afternoon. Accommodation.
Day 11 – Naples / Sorrento / Amalfi Coast / Naples
Breakfast. Departure to the Amalfi Coast with its breathtaking Mediterranean views, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Free time to explore and then return to Naples.
Day 12 – Naples / Pompeii / Assisi
Breakfast. Departure to Pompeii, a city located near the magnificent Mount Vesuvius, which erupted in AD 79, burying this Roman city, now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Guided tour of this extraordinary archaeological site. Continue to the beautiful region of Tuscany, arriving in Assisi. Accommodation.
Day 13 – Assisi / Padua / Venice-Mestre
Breakfast and visit to the Basilica of St. Francis of Assisi and the Basilica of St. Clare. Continue to Padua to visit the Basilica of St. Anthony, then on to Venice. Accommodation in Mestre.
Day 14 – Venice
Breakfast. Public boat trip along the Grand Canal to Piazza San Marco. Guided walking tour of Venice. Free time for personal visits. Return to the hotel.
Day 15 – Venice / Verona / Sirmione Region / Lake Garda / Milan
Breakfast. Tour of Verona, including Piazza Bra, the Roman amphitheater, and Juliet’s house. Continue to Sirmione for a boat ride on Lake Garda. Accommodation in Milan.
Day 16 – Milan / Brazil
After breakfast, transfer to Milan International Airport for your return flight to Brazil.
